What is HRD Corp claimable training?

HRD Corp claimable training is a course whose fee is paid out of the levy your company has already contributed, rather than out of new training budget. According to HRD Corp, employers with 10 or more Malaysian employees contribute 1% of monthly wages to that fund under the PSMB Act 2001, and the balance sits in the employer’s own account until it is claimed against approved training.

In short: Carriera covers both sides — licensed permanent hiring (JTKSM 615) and HRD Corp claimable corporate training, from one Setia Alam office.
