Screening

How do you screen E&E candidates?

The same six-step process behind our core recruitment service, tuned for technical roles. In E&E the assessment step does the heavy lifting: we check the engineering substance, not just the job title on a CV.

  • Technical depth. We assess the actual discipline — process versus test versus equipment engineering are not interchangeable — and verify hands-on exposure to the tools, lines or standards your role demands.
