Is Carriera a licensed agency?

Yes. Our recruitment entity is Agensi Pekerjaan Carriera Talent Resources Sdn Bhd (Co. No. 1058296-H), a private employment agency licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources under JTKSM 615. The Labour Department of Peninsular Malaysia (JTKSM) states that "private employment agencies (APS) in Malaysia are regulated by the Private Employment Agencies Act 1981 [Act 246]" and that the Act "requires anyone undertaking recruiting activities to be licenced as an APS" (jtksm.mohr.gov.my). Engaging a licensed agency means your manufacturing hires are handled within that legal framework.

Carriera also runs a separate corporate training practice — Carriera Academy Sdn Bhd, an HRD Corp Approved Training Provider.
