What salary levels do you recruit across?
When we open a search we ask for the role's salary band so we can target the right talent pool. We recruit across the full white-collar range, from executive entry roles to senior leadership. The bands below frame our intake — they are monthly basic salary ranges, not a fee schedule.

Is Carriera a licensed agency?
Yes. Our recruitment entity is Agensi Pekerjaan Carriera Talent Resources Sdn Bhd (Co. No. 1058296-H), a private employment agency licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources under JTKSM 615. In Malaysia this is not optional: the Labour Department of Peninsular Malaysia (JTKSM) states that "private employment agencies (APS) in Malaysia are regulated by the Private Employment Agencies Act 1981 [Act 246]" and that the Act "requires anyone undertaking recruiting activities to be licenced as an APS" (jtksm.mohr.gov.my). Engaging a licensed agency means your hiring is handled within that legal framework.
Carriera also runs a separate corporate training practice through Carriera Academy Sdn Bhd, an HRD Corp Approved Training Provider — so once your new hires are on board, their development can be funded through your HRD levy under the SBL-Khas scheme, where HRD Corp pays the course fee directly to the provider from your levy account (hrdcorp.gov.my).
