Where is Carriera located, and when are you open?

Our office is in Setia Alam, Shah Alam, Selangor, and we serve clients across Peninsular Malaysia. Walk-ins are by appointment — message us first so a consultant is free to see you. When you brief us on a hire you are dealing with a properly licensed agency: under the Private Employment Agencies Act 1981 (Act 246), operating without a JTKSM licence is an offence carrying a fine of up to RM200,000 (see JTKSM, Ministry of Human Resources). Choosing training? HRD Corp-registered employers can use their statutory levy to fund our approved programmes under the SBL-Khas scheme. That levy is 1% of monthly wages for employers with 10 or more staff (optional at 0.5% for those with 5–9) — see the official authority, HRD Corp (hrdcorp.gov.my), for the current levy framework, then email trainings@carriera.com.my and our team will confirm and invoice.
